I had a lot of reservations releasing this album. Maybe I didn't think I would survive the plague, maybe I wanted to hurt the woman who had scorned me, consequences be damned. But I must say that Last Wish is a fiction, born out of the demise of a sexless relationship. At the end, I didn't love her; and I just felt pity for her. But I was still very angry. I applied that anger to noise, to a longer structure that pushed my limits, to see how long I could hold that anger. That rage toward somebody else. At least, that's how I remember it. The woman this story is about is barely a ghost in my erotic memories. There are others that haunt me, that I obsess over; but not her.
