ChiaChun Xu - The Dream of Nanke CS (SSSM)

XU Chia-Chun is an experimental musician, organizer and independent label manager. Xu began performing and creating Harsh Noise under the name 'Berserk' in 2015. Renowned for deafening volumes and a stylistic approach imbued with distinct aesthetics during live performances.

The narrative recounts how Chunyu Fen falls asleep beneath a tree and dreams of entering the subterranean Kingdom of Nanke, where he passes through the full arc of worldly glory, only to awaken and find the experience compressed into a fleeting instant. The story exemplifies Tang fascination with dream vision, illusion, and leaves a Lynchian-like haunting sense that the dream world and reality may be indistinguishable.
